贵州省酒业协会获酒类多专业国家职业技能等级认定资质
Guizhou Alcoholic Drinks Association (GADA) Qualified for Certifying Multiple Vocations
贵州省酒业协会为发挥酒类社会组织在酒类技能人才培养方面的专业作用，经贵州省人社厅、第三方评价组织、国家人社部核准，最近获得了国家酒专业七个类别5到1级层级不等的酒类专业职业资格考评认证资格。
Guizhou Alcoholic Drinks Association (GADA) has recently been authorized the qualification for the test, evaluation, and certification for alcohol-industry related professionals in seven categories ranging from level 5 to level 1, after it’s been examined and approved by Guizhou Human Resources and Security and a third-party evaluation organization and the Human Resources and Social Security of the PRC, which serves as an effort to help alcohol-related social organizations to play a role in talent training for the alcohol industry.
从去年7月省人社厅到贵州省酒业协会现场调研开始，在世界酒业联盟、贵州高级管理人才发展促进会帮助下，拟定了4万余字的职业技能等级认定申报材料，经过层层审批，年前获得了品酒师国家四级、三级、二级、一级，酿酒师国家二级、一级，调酒师国家五级、四级、三级，白酒酿造工国家五级、四级、三级，啤酒酿造工国家五级、四级、三级，果露酒酿造工国家五级、四级、三级，市场管理员国家四级、三级、二级等工种的职业技能等级认定资格。
From July in the last year since GHRS carried out on-site research with regard to GADA, GADA has drafted and filed a document featuring 40,000 characters applying for the qualifications of vocational skill certification, with the help from the World Alcohol Beverage Alliance (WABA) and Guizhou Association for High-level Talents Development Promotion (GHTDP). Having been carefully examined, GADA was approved the qualification for recognizing multiple vocations, including national certificates that certify wine tasters (from level 4, 3, 2, 1), wine makers (level 2, 1), bartenders (level 5, 4, 3), baijiu makers (level 5, 4, 3), beer brewer professionals (level 5, 4, 3), fruit wine makers (level 5, 4, 3) as well as national certificates that recognize market administrators of level 4, level 3 and level 2.
该项认证是贯彻党的二十大和习近平总书记做好新时代人才工作的重要精神，推动和鼓励行业人员走技能成才之路，弘扬精益求精的酒业工匠精神，推进贵州省酒类生产、流通、消费人才体系建设，全面提升酒类行业素质。贵州省酒业协会整合了酿酒、品酒、调酒、制酒等酒类相关行业、企业的专家、教授及科研人员组建了一支强有力的专家队伍，搭建了职业技能等级认定工作的组织、考评、管理、督导等团队，坚持“以用为主”的培养原则，围绕行业实际，面向酒类相关行业企业职工、院校学生及有需求的社会人员开展技能培训及认定工作，提升酒行业整体技术水平。
Such efforts are aiming to implement the important spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and that of General Secretary Xi Jinping to do a good job in talent work in the new era, in an attempt to encourage and facilitate professional development, fostering a craftsmanship spirit of striving for the best, and to drive a push in the construction of Guizhou’s talent pool that promotes wine production, circulation and consumption, which serves to improve the general alcohol industry. GADA also called together the experts, professors, and scientific researchers from different industries and companies specializing in wine making, tasting, bartending and wine producing to form a powerful panel of expertise. Besides, it also set up a team responsible for the organizing, evaluating, managing, and supervising the work of vocational recognition. Adhering to the principle of “application-oriented”, GADA is conducting skill training and vocational skill certifying for employees from alcohol-related industries and businesses, college students as well as citizens who have similar needs, to further boost the overall technical level of the industry.
目前，全省上下酒类专业人才培养认证工作已全面开始，预计今年将培养认证酒类各类人才数千人左右。相信贵州酒业人才培养认证一定能够冲出贵州，走向全国，连接世界，助力贵州社会经济的跨越发展。
By far, Guizhou has kicked off the work of certification for professionals working in alcohol related industries, and it is estimated that thousands of professionals will have been trained and certified this year. It is our hope that the certification standards could reach national level and even the world level, which helps to enable a leapfrog social and economic progress in Guizhou Province.
